Additional Costs

The above packages will suit most purposes and a great deal of thought and experience has gone into designing them for optimum price and quality. In most cases the above prices are an accurate indication of cost. On occasion, however, certain projects will require additional time or equipment and, whenever possible, we will signal these costs from the outset or we will indicate a ‘contingency’ cost in the quotation to cover unknowns. The following list is designed to give an outline of these additional services, the implications of which would be fully discussed in the process leading up to a full quotation.

  1. Travel and accommodation costs for jobs in excess of 100 miles of SW London (£100 per day/night per crew member)
  2. Additional equipment, for example a dolly (track) which we would need to hire—supplied at cost
  3. Additional draft copy £50
  4. Additional editing costs agreed in advance £50 per hour
  5. Additional Music tracks—from £30 per track for royalty free music or £30 per 30 seconds for production music
  6. Additional crew members—from £90 per day for a runner/assistant or £300 a day for a cameraman
  7. Voiceover—from £100 depending on the length and the artist
  8. Presenter—from £400 per day depending on the presenter
